This year the first edition of Festival Filmsziget
An open air screening of short films with a relaxed atmosphere on beautiful Margit Sziget.  

I have put together a program of various short films from around the world, you can even see some at the entrance on a separate screen.
Come, sit on the grass and enjoy the music of  d.j. of  Wilbertjan Vlot (NL).
The program also contains some of the best Hungarian shorts from the last few years, programmed by local film-maker Declan Hannigan, my partner for this project.

	Odaát ; The Other Side Péter Szalay H / 2008 / 12 min. / HDCam Hungary 1989. A family prepare to sneak across the Austrian-Hungarian border, which is guarded by a group of Hungarian solders.
	Ergo Géza Tóth H / 2008 / 10 min. / animation A story about the music in us. The film is the encounter of two, one is leaving childhood. It is the monotony of freedom and the freedom of monotony.
	Time Copy Carina Hesper NL / 2008 / 10 min. / dv An experimental dance film about time and the vibe of a mass of people, inspired by the children's book Momo.
	Look at me Standing here Ezra Eeman B / 2001 / 7:30 min. A boy and a girl are standing across a busy street. It looks as if they are in there time zone.
